Welcome to El Binna. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps, and services (“Platform”). By using El Binna, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
El Binna is a digital platform that connects local chefs with users who wish to order home-cooked meals. We empower individuals to create small food businesses and deliver fresh, authentic meals in their local communities.
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for local chefs to sell meals directly to customers — not to cook or sell meals ourselves.
2. Platform Responsibility
El Binna provides the technology and infrastructure that enables chefs to list, promote, and sell their meals. We:
- Facilitate the connection between chefs and users
- Manage orders, payments, and communication
- Support logistics where available
⚠️ We do not prepare, inspect, or control the meals.
All meals are prepared solely by the independent chefs listed on the platform.
3. Chef Responsibility
Each chef is fully responsible for:
- Cooking and preparing their own meals
- Listing accurate descriptions, ingredients, and allergens
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and legal requirements
- Delivering meals as advertised

4. Customer Responsibility
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Reading meal descriptions carefully before ordering
- Contacting the chef for clarification on ingredients or allergens
- Making decisions based on your dietary or medical needs
El Binna is not liable for any allergic reactions, food-related illness, or dietary complications resulting from consumption of meals ordered through the platform.
5. No Medical Advice
Meals sold via El Binna are not intended to meet any medical or therapeutic diet unless explicitly specified by the chef. If you have conditions such as diabetes, allergies, or intolerances, it is your responsibility to verify all information before placing an order.
6. Payments and Fees
El Binna processes payments on behalf of chefs. We deduct a small platform fee per transaction. You will always see the full amount before confirming your order.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each chef may define their own cancellation and refund terms. If you experience an issue with an order, you can contact the chef directly or reach out to El Binna support.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- El Binna is not responsible for the preparation or delivery of food
- El Binna is not liable for damages resulting from the consumption of meals
- El Binna disclaims all warranties regarding food safety, taste, or satisfaction
9. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
